Meet The Consulate Pattaya Staff

 

The consulate in Pattaya is an honorary consulate, which means that no permanent staff from Ministry of Foreign Affairs is attached to the consulate. The consulate is headed by a royal appointed honorary consul and staffed by locally employed staff members on full time and part time contracts.

 
The consulate in Pattaya serves both Norway and Denmark and the staff will be dealing with consular services for both countries.

 

Stig Vagt-Andersen
Consul

Mr. Vagt-Andersen graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a master degree in economics and was employed by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs seconded as an associate expert to ICM, UNDP & UNTAG serving in Switzerland, Maldives and Namibia. Since 1991 he has been managing director of the travel company Ben Adisti Co. Ltd.. In 1992 Vagt-Andersen was appointed Swedish Consul in Pattaya and in 1998 followed appointments as Danish and Norwegian Consul for the provinces Cholburi, Rayong, Chantaburi and Trad.

  

Ousra Chalitapanukul
Senior Consular Assistant

Miss Chalitapanukul graduated from Melbourne University with a master degree in Marketing and is employed by Ben Adisti Co., Ltd. as Marketing and admin. director. Miss Chalitapanukul has been part time assisting the consulate since 1996 and has completed consular training course at Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Copenhagen.
  

Patumthip Kridsuwan
Consular Assistant

Miss Kridsuwan graduated with a bachelor degree in General Management from Rajabhat Institute Rajanagarindra Chacheongsao and is employed by Ben Adisti Co., Ltd. as reservation and ticketing officer. Miss Kridsuwan joined the consulate as part time employee in 2007.
 

 


Nicolai Gram
Consular Assistant

Mr. Nicolai M. Gram graduated from University of San Diego, California, U.S.A. with a master degree in business administration (MBA). Mr. Nicolai was employed by the Norwegian Bank, DnB, and DnB Investor AS as an investment manager and a stock fund manager. Mr. Nicolai joined the consulate as a consular assistant in May 2011.

 

 

Trainees

 

The consulate offers on a continuous basis traineeships positions to Danish and Norwegian University students for 6 month periods as part of these students graduate studies. The traineeships will involve participation in the daily consular service work as well as study related projects within the working filed of the consulates. Interested students with relevant fields of study can send their applications to the consulate for the traineeships in the academic semesters February to June and August to January every year.
